上海欧特莱阀门机械有限公司是集专业研制、开发、制造、销售于一体的大型阀门企业。是中荷合资企业，由荷兰OTL公司和中国浙江东日集团投资组建，公司地处上海市松江佘山工业园区，与上海国家森林公园为邻，占地4万平方米。
