成都伊藤洋华堂有限公司成立于1996年12月25日，注册资金2300万美元，是以柒和伊控股股份有限公司下属的伊藤洋华堂（中国）投资有限公司为主要股东，经原对外经济贸易合作部（现商务部）批准成立的中外合资公司。合作伙伴包括中国糖业酒类集团公司、伊藤忠商事株式会社以及永利都（成都）房产开发有限公司。

截至2017年2月，成都伊藤洋华堂已经成为拥有7家店铺，包含多种业态的本土知名零售企业。同时成立EC事业小组，进军电子商务，推进开设食品专门店，持续GMS改革，同步拉动成都伊藤洋华堂发展。
