中山集华模具有限公司于1994年10月正式成立，是一家当时已拥有电脑数控加工中心及相关机械加工设备，专业生产塑胶模胚及模具产品的企业。座落于中山市南头镇北帝工业区，旧厂房占地面积为15000平方米，公司于2014年11月份在中山市南头镇升辉南工业区尚威路18号新建厂房63000平方米.

从十几台生产设备增至现在的280多台机械加工设备，其中进口机械加工设备如：意大利跨轨式五轴加工中心，KURAKI日本卧室加工中心，高锋大中型龙门加工中心、大型深孔钻床、龙门磨床、龙门铣床、卧式铣床120余台，可加工2000毫米深孔，1000mm x 1625mm x 3060mm的大型塑胶模胚及2000mm x 4000mm的超大五金模板。并引进德国ZEISS三坐标测量仪，为模架加工的精度保驾护航；以每月4000多套模胚的产能为客户及时提供优质的产品。应用国际新的模具设计、加工软件的同时不断自主创新改进生产工艺（现拥有若干个实用性专利），満足不同客户的各种需求，拥有专业的技术队伍，具备大型模胚加工的能力，同国内、外各大中型模具厂商建立良好的合作伙伴关系，就三色模、双色模、汽车车灯、汽车保险缸、空调外壳模、电视机壳模、汽车冲压模等塑胶模胚、五金模座、模具配件等机加工方面积累了二十多年的生产技术和管理经验；
