上海猫猫床上用品有限公司（下称猫猫家纺）成立于1993年7月，位于上海市杨浦区民京路781号。是生产加工、销售为一体的企业。从建立之初到现在，公司一直坚持在上海发展，在得到当地政府大力扶持的同时，企业也从上海大发展的环境中取得了长足的发展。

猫猫家纺承接国家深化改革，大力促进中小企业发展的优惠政策之势，于2008年初同澳大利亚在上海投资的企业----意帝皮毛科技（上海）有限公司合并，共同开发中国国内销售市场，推广我们的优势产品。

虽然从事着传统的家庭纺织行业，但猫猫从未放弃对现代商贸渠道的探索。早在10年前就创立了企业网站，并不断摸索无店铺销售的模式。从2008年起，我们的无店铺销售业务逐年大幅度递增，销售渠道也从开始的官网销售一个逐步发展为电视直销、第三方网站销售、团购网销售多方并举的现代销售模式。到2011年底，电子商务（无店铺销售）已经占据了整个公司60%以上的营业收入和利润来源。

对于家纺行业的同行，我们一向保持着学习和合作的心态。我们很愿意把猫猫对于羊毛产业链的认知同大家分享。对外加工（OEM）羊毛被，羊毛床褥一直是我们的一个重要业务方向。时至今日，业内一些品牌恐龙家纺、青海藏棉、四川红棉纺等同猫猫保持着密切的合作。我们也希望把对外加工业务继续发扬光大。
