收购重组

2007年11月,继9月成功收购FILA中国商标后,中国最大的女鞋零售商百丽国际控股有限公司(1880HK下称百丽国际)宣布:收购江苏森达旗下5家公司。百丽国际全资子公司——新百丽已于2007年11月11日与江苏森达签订重组协议,据此协议,新百丽将收购森达全资控股的5家公司,收购金额约16亿元人民币。在资产规模上,这次创造了中国鞋业领域的并购纪录。

According to the agreement, new Belle will acquire 5 companies wholly owned by Sunda, with a purchase amount of about 1.6 billion yuan.
