开远市盈叶化工有限公司位于云南省开远市南郊棉花冲，其前身为云南开远市金叶复合肥厂，该厂成立于1995年5月。2010年4月公司改制后，变更为开远市盈叶化工有限公司，法定代表人为陈兴忠。

厂区占地面积60多亩，公司在册员工50人，现有固定资产原值1312万元，净资产750万元。主要经营各类复混肥料的生产和销售，有机肥生产、加工销售，氮肥、磷肥、钾肥零售。年生产能力6万吨。
