云南交通技师学院始建于1953年，是云南省乃至全国创建较早的汽车驾驶培训学校，地处安宁市宁湖西路6号。学院用于驾驶培训和考试的场地450余亩，拥有集多种路况为一体的封闭式教学道路16公里和供A1、B2和C类车型场内及道路驾驶训练和考场100多块。满足以上车型所有科目的教学训练和考试，为到我院报名学车的学员提供了得天独厚的条件，降低了学车费用，缩短了学车和取证时间。

驾驶培训中心是我院专门从事汽车驾驶培训的部门。中心现有优秀的教职工团队330多人，拥有教学车辆280多辆。目前主要开设大客车（A1）、大货车（B2）、小型汽车（C1、C2、C5）等驾驶培训业务。培训过程中以优质服务和素质教育为主线，强化长途驾驶训练。

Driving training center is a department specialized in automobile driving training in our college. The center has more than 330 excellent teaching staff and more than 280 teaching vehicles. At present, it mainly provides driving training services such as bus (A1), truck (B2), small car (C1, C2, C5). In the process of training, we should take quality service and quality education as the main line and strengthen long-distance driving training. In order to facilitate students' learning, we have set up teaching area in Kunming and teaching point in Anning University City. Form a pattern of network enrollment and door-to-door teaching point covering Kunming City, Anning City, University City, Kungang, Taiping, Qinglong, county street and other places with the school headquarters as the center.
