(now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoxin software) was acquired. In 2010, Shanghai Jinshang Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Dalian Baoxin Lifting Technology Co., Ltd. (both Baoxin software Holding Co., Ltd.) were established as wholly-owned subsidiaries in 2012 Shanghai Baoxin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2013, Shanghai Metro Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
