始建于2000年,隶属于淮南矿业集团旗下,集煤炭物流/集装箱外贸物流/商品车物流于一体的现代综合物流企业


安徽皖江物流(集团)股份有限公司(原芜湖港储运股份有限公司2014年9月正式更名)成立于2000年11月,由原芜湖港务管理局改制发起组建。现为淮南矿业集团控股的国有上市公司。

近年来,公司以港口为战略支撑点和物流平台,向现代物流企业转型发展,构建形成了煤炭物流、集装箱外贸物流、商品车物流三大业务板块。2016年,公司实施完成重大资产重组,控股股东淮南矿业集团所属煤炭、电力业务板块的部分资产注入上市公司,开启了“能源+物流”高质量发展新篇章。

煤炭物流板块:在淮南矿区拥有272公里自营铁路线,具备年7000万吨煤炭铁路运输能力,是淮南煤炭运输咽喉通道;裕溪口煤港作为煤炭战略储备基地和应急储备点,已发展成多功能为一体,具备铁水、水铁“双进双出”物流通道的现代化煤炭综合物流基地。2012年,皖江物流均股参建镇江东港,打通了北煤南运、由海进江新通道。

集装箱外贸物流板块:芜湖港是长江水运第五大港口、安徽省较大的外贸集装箱枢纽港,集装箱中转量占全省一半以上。2014年,皖江物流与上港集团实现战略合作,芜湖港成为与上海港联动的物流战略合作平台。

同时,公司依托淮南矿业集团的煤炭资源,坚守煤电一体化发展理念,积极发展电力生产和贸易业务。能源板块对外加大市场衔接力度,对内加快技术升级、提升精益运营和精细管理质量,公司全资电厂CFB机组各项经济技术、保持行业标杆位置。

公司紧抓国家“引江济淮”工程契机,大力建设淮南港、合肥港,在安徽水运“两横一纵”大动脉上构建淮南港、合肥港和芜湖港的干支联动、南北呼应的物流网络。随着朱家桥外贸综合物流园区一期(即集装箱三期项目)和智慧港口物流平台的加快建设,努力由单一主业向多元化经营转型发展。


Founded in 2000, Anhui Wanjiang logistics (Group) Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuhu port storage and Transportation Co., Ltd. officially changed its name in September 2014), a modern comprehensive logistics enterprise under Huainan Mining Group, integrating coal logistics / container foreign trade logistics / commodity vehicle logistics, was founded in November 2000 and was reformed and initiated by the former Wuhu Port Authority. Now it is a state-owned listed company controlled by Huainan Mining Group. In recent years, with the port as the strategic support point and logistics platform, the company has transformed and developed into a modern logistics enterprise, which has formed three business sectors: coal logistics, container foreign trade logistics and commodity vehicle logistics. In 2016, the company completed major asset restructuring, and part of the assets of the coal and power business sectors of the controlling shareholder Huainan mining group were injected into the listed company, opening a new chapter of high-quality development of "energy + logistics". Coal logistics sector: in Huainan mining area, there are 272 kilometers of self operated railway lines, with an annual capacity of 70 million tons of coal railway transportation, which is the throat channel of coal transportation in Huainan; Yuxikou coal port, as a strategic coal reserve base and emergency reserve point, has developed into a modern coal comprehensive logistics base with multi-functional integration and "two in and two out" logistics channels for hot metal and water rail. In 2012, Wanjiang Logistics Co., Ltd. participated in the construction of Zhenjiang east port, opening a new channel for coal transportation from the north to the South and from the sea to the river. Container foreign trade logistics sector: Wuhu port is the fifth largest port of Yangtze River water transportation and a larger foreign trade container hub port in Anhui Province, with container transit volume accounting for more than half of the province. In 2014, Wanjiang logistics and Shanggang group realized strategic cooperation, and Wuhu port became a logistics strategic cooperation platform linked with Shanghai port. At the same time, relying on the coal resources of Huainan Mining Group, the company adheres to the concept of integrated development of coal and electricity, and actively develops power production and trade business. In the energy sector, more efforts have been made to link up the market with the outside world, accelerate the technology upgrading, improve the quality of lean operation and fine management, and maintain the benchmark position of the industry in terms of various economic technologies of the company's wholly-owned power plant CFB units. The company seizes the opportunity of the national "river diversion and Huaihe River Diversion" project, vigorously constructs Huainan port and Hefei port, and constructs the main branch linkage and North-South logistics network of Huainan port, Hefei port and Wuhu port on the "two horizontal and one vertical" artery of Anhui water transportation. With the acceleration of the construction of the first phase of Zhujiaqiao foreign trade comprehensive logistics park (i.e. the third phase of container project) and the intelligent port logistics platform, efforts have been made to transform and develop from a single main business to a diversified operation.
