新野县奇盛板业有限责任公司，成立于2010年10月，依托原新野县刨花板厂经济及技术力量，自1996年以来在生产和经营传统刨花板产品的同时，成立了科研小组，在刨花板生产、胶粘剂的制备方面做出了不懈的努力，尤其是从1998年开始，多年反复试验利用农作物秸秆做原料生产人造板的新技术和新工艺。经过多年反复试验，终于攻克了利用麦秸秆作原料生产人造板材过程中的关键技术难题，研制出环保型高压人造板材。

公司于2011年3月份在新野县产业聚集区内开工建设了产10万立方米小麦秸秆人造板生产线项目，项目总投资3亿元，占地170亩，分两期实施。

该项目工艺技术系目前国内外的生产工艺，用工少，效率高，即以小麦秸秆为原料，以经改性处理后的异氰酸酯(P-MD1)为胶粘剂，经过对小麦秸秆扁平窄长刨花加工、干燥、分选、施胶，经定向铺装后热压而成的多层结构板材工艺（亦可称为定向结构麦秸板）。该工艺打破了传统的刨花板材用途，公司研制的小麦秸秆高压板可用于室内装修、室内家具和地板、军工板房、出口包装及船舶装修、具有质轻、优良的物理学性能和绿色环保等特点，是具发展潜力的理想环保节能替代木材的板材。

The process technology of this project is the production technology at home and abroad at present, with less labor and high efficiency. It is a multi-layer structure board technology (also known as directional structure wheat straw board) which is made of wheat straw as raw material, p-md1 after modification as adhesive, through processing, drying, sorting, sizing of wheat straw flat narrow and long shavings, and hot pressing after directional paving. The process breaks the traditional use of particleboard. The wheat straw high-pressure board developed by the company can be used for indoor decoration, indoor furniture and floor, military board room, export packaging and ship decoration, with light weight, excellent physical performance and green environmental protection, etc., and is an ideal environmental protection and energy-saving board with development potential to replace wood.
