铜川市耀州区凯维葡萄酒有限公司，是集葡萄种植，葡萄酒酿造和销售的综合型企业。公司成立于1997年，1998年从法国引种试验，1999年推广种植，2000年开始收购榨汁，2005年灌装生产线建成并安装调试，2006年“凯维牌”葡萄酒才正式投产，开始走向市场，2007年又在西安设立了销售分公司，2008年销售市场基本走红。

公司位于陕西省铜川市新区铁诺北路1号，占地99.8亩，目前公司设有生产部、技术部、财务部、基地发展部、办公室、四部一室。工厂已建成标准生产车间4500平方米，综合办公楼2000平方米，榨汁车间、发酵车间、制冷车间和灌装车间，整套设备于2005年3月正式安装、调试、投产，现年加工能力为10000吨干型葡萄酒生产线已建成运营。可加工葡萄1.5万吨。

截止2011年12月底，公司葡萄基地已发展到11144亩，其中5000亩开始挂果，4000亩已进入盛果期。基地苗木从法国引进，主要品种有：赤霞珠、品丽珠、蛇龙珠、霞多丽、梅鹿辄、西拉、贵人香等。

公司采用生产工艺，按照国际葡萄及葡萄酒组织（OIV）标准进行生产，再加上优质的葡萄原料，“凯维牌”葡萄酒的独特风味和品质。主要产品有大唐葡园（渭北1号）、梅鹿辄、赤霞珠、凯维干红、特制干红、一品长安红等十多种极品酒、精品酒和普通酒，以满足不同层次消费者的需要。

目前，公司分别在西安、甘肃、宝鸡、渭南、咸阳、榆林、延安等多个大中城市都设立了销售网点。

The base seedlings are introduced from France, the main varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, noble fragrance, etc. The company adopts the production process, according to the international grape and wine Organization (OIV) standards for production, coupled with high-quality grape raw materials, the unique flavor and quality of "Kaiwei" wine. The main products are Datang Puyuan (Weibei No.1), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Kaiwei dry red, special dry red, Changan red and more than ten kinds of top-grade wine, boutique wine and ordinary wine to meet the needs of different levels of consumers. At present, the company has set up sales outlets in Xi'an, Gansu, Baoji, Weinan, Xianyang, Yulin, Yan'an and other large and medium-sized cities.
