陕西汉德车桥有限公司于2003年3月23日由潍柴动力与陕汽集团共同投资组建，其前身为陕西汽车制造总厂车桥厂。拥有西安、宝鸡两个工厂，厂房面积32万平方米，现有员工3700多人，各类工程技术人员和中级以上专业技术人员450余名，注册资本3.2亿元，年销售额50亿元。
目前主要产品有：4.2T—25T转向前轴，10T—45T双级减速驱动桥，6T—13T单级减速驱动桥，5T—18T转向驱动前桥，7.5T—13T挂车桥，3T—13T电驱动桥；产品涵盖重、中型卡车桥，电动车桥，工程车桥，客车桥四大系列共96个品种。其双级减速驱动桥、单级减速驱动桥以优良的技术优势（重量轻、高承载、传扭能力强）在行业处于优良地位。
