大京九种业公司于2001年进行了股份制改革。公司现具有占地40多亩的仓储加工中心一个，高质量的标准仓库4000多平方米，办公、营业、科研用房面积1700平方米，具有稳定的玉米制种基地1.5万亩，小麦制种基地8000亩，具有种子成套加工生产线两条，种子加工能力达每小时20吨。配备了经河南省种子管理站检验认可的具有优良检验仪器的检验室。拥有玉米筛选试验地200亩，是一家集育、繁、推一体化经营的农作物种子专业化公司。
