美蓓亚集团于2010年并购了生产直流带刷马达、振动马达等产品的珠海美蓓亚精密马达公司以及生产精密金属模具的东莞城区精密产业模具有限公司，2011年投资设立了生产LED背光板的美蓓亚电子科技（苏州）有限公司。
