唐山正元管业有限公司是天津友发集团股份有限公司下属子公司，于2010年开始兴建的钢管综合生产基地。公司位于河北丰南临港经济开发区，紧邻205国道、唐津高速、京哈高速、沿海公路、沿海高速和唐曹高速，距天津国际机场60公里，距唐山火车站40公里，距天津港30公里，距曹妃甸港50公里，形成辐射广阔、便利快捷的陆海空立体交通运输网络。丰南区政府在距公司8公里处拟建港口和汉曹铁路货场，为产品储运提供了便利。

公司占地450亩，总体规划建设为：16条热镀锌生产线、9条钢塑复合管生产线、16条直缝焊管生产线。前期工程：12条热镀锌钢管生产线、5条焊管生产线及6条钢塑复合管生产线已投产。水压车间现已建成。

2015年新增特种管：燃气专用管、消防专用管、电器金属套管、大棚专用管和涂塑管。
