针对国家智能安全监控网和物联网产业发展需求,中星微电子组织制定了安全防范视频监控数字音视频编解码(SVAC)国家标准,为维护国家安全和安全生产做出了贡献,走出了一条具有中国特色的高科技发展之路。
2016年初,中星微推出了集成了神经网络处理器(NPU)的SVAC视频编解码SoC,使得智能分析结果可以与视频数据同时编码,形成结构化的视频码流。该技术被广泛应用于视频监控摄像头,开启了安防监控智能化的新时代。自主设计的嵌入式神经网络处理器(NPU)采用了“数据驱动并行计算”架构,专门针对深度学习算法进行了优化,具备高性能、低功耗、高集成度、小尺寸等特点,特别适合物联网前端智能的需求。

In response to the development needs of the national intelligent security monitoring network and the Internet of things industry, China Star Microelectronics Co., Ltd. has formulated the national standard for security video surveillance digital audio and video codec (SVAC), which has made contributions to the maintenance of national security and safety production, and has embarked on a high-tech development path with Chinese characteristics. At the beginning of 2016, star micro launched the SVAC video codec SOC integrated with neural network processor (NPU), which enables the intelligent analysis results to be encoded with video data at the same time, forming a structured video code stream. This technology is widely used in video surveillance cameras, which opens a new era of intelligent security monitoring. The self-designed embedded neural network processor (NPU) adopts the "Data-Driven parallel computing" architecture, which is specially optimized for the deep learning algorithm. It has the characteristics of high performance, low power consumption, high integration and small size, and is especially suitable for the front-end intelligence of the Internet of things.
