目前已设立了上海分公司、嘉兴分公司以及河北分公司，总公司下设鄞州项目部、杭州湾、慈溪项目部、北仑项目部、镇海项目部及象山项目部，河北分公司下设石家庄项目部以及邢台项目部，公司积极开拓省内外市场，并利用现代化办公软件（EIIS)，实现了各部门之间的资源共享，信息快递传递，服务快捷高效。
