辉煌历史

享誉海内外的中华老字号企业“盛锡福”创始于1911年。创办人刘锡三,本名占恩,号锡三,乳名来福,山东掖县沙河镇人,家中世代务农。刘锡三幼年读过几年书,后来,家乡受灾。为谋生,刘锡三到青岛市一家外国人办的饭店做勤杂,学会了一些日常英语。籍此,刘锡三跳槽到一家洋行做业务员,负责下乡收购草帽辫。1912年,他和友人合资在天津估衣街开办了盛聚福小帽店。1917年从东洋银行得到一笔可观的贷款之后,刘锡三在天津法租界21号选好店址,把盛聚福改为盛锡福。1919年,盛锡福用巨资买下了西方人运来的一部全套电力制造草帽的机器,设立草帽工厂自产自销,并很快在天津打开了销路。几年之后,盛锡福相继设立了皮帽工厂、便帽工厂、缎帽工厂、化学漂白厂、毡帽工厂和印刷厂等,并开设了两家分销门市部。二三十年代,先后在南京、北京等城市设立分店20多处。盛锡福在美、澳、英、法、意、西班牙、葡萄牙、荷兰、捷克、瑞士、瑞典、挪威以及非洲等地都有代销处。从1924年至1934年共获国民政府奖状15个。一些社会名流为盛锡福题字,其中宋哲元题“明驰中外”;秦德纯题“冠冕群伦”;曹锟题“国货之光”;邹泉荪题“冠冕吾华”。由吴佩孚书写的盛锡福牌匾,一直挂到现在。1936年,北京西单北大街盛锡福开业;1937年,前门大街和王府井大街盛锡福开业;1938年,沙滩盛锡福开业。四家分店地处繁华市区,天天顾客盈门,到了四十年代,刘锡三年老体弱,回乡养老。 

盛锡福品牌的创立,和刘锡三所处的历史机遇相生相随;与刘锡三的创新精神、创新意识水乳交融;与盛锡福的前店后厂结构密不可分,民国初年,许多人剪去长辫,摘下瓜皮小帽,脱去长衫之后都想换上适合潮流的新式服饰、鞋帽,富于革新精神的刘锡三,看准社会潮流,向社会推销欧美式的“时帽”。

盛锡福仿制的轻巧美观的巴拿马草帽和英、法、美式呢帽,自然受到人们的欢迎,成为当时的畅销货,盛锡福因此在帽业中脱颖而出。

盛锡福在两次购进国外先进设备的同时,重金聘技师,也从同业中挖取技术骨干,千方百计地网络人才搜集国内制帽技术中的绝招;还几次派人东渡日本学习考察,带回东南亚制帽的先进技术。对国内国外先进技术的积极吸纳,使盛锡福在模仿、创新产品上获得了高起点;前店后厂的结构使盛锡福能对市场需求迅速作出反应。同时,盛锡福的商业触角已伸向五大洲相当广泛的地区和国家,从那里又获得了国际市场的销售情况、先进的技术以及商品的图样、融汇各国技术与风格、其品牌内涵迅速蕴积。 

刘锡三为了创名牌,防别人仿制冒牌,特向当时政府申请注册“三帽”商标。垄断市场的日本草帽遂被冷落,盛锡福“三帽”一举誉满津门。1937年,盛锡福帽厂主要品种有75种,实际生产的帽子品种超过200多种。

盛锡福品牌的创立不仅源于他的品种齐全,更关键的是盛锡福产品制做过程中非常讲究的工艺技术强势依托。盛锡福从进料、生产到出厂检验,处处有人把关,每顶帽子的质量均属上乘。盛锡福传统制法的讲究、工序的严谨为盛锡福的品牌营构浇铸了坚实的技术基石。

1936年,盛锡福在北京王府井帽店的建立,使盛锡福走过了其辉煌的历程。1956年北京王府井大街盛锡福帽店参加了公私合营。同年,周恩来总理在视察王府井大街后指示:要保护和发扬老字号的产品特色,更好地为首都人民服务。在周总理的建议和关怀下王府井盛锡福制帽工厂正式规模性建立起来。

公私合营后,王府井盛锡福在保持传统做工精细的基础上承担了为国家领导人和外宾服务的任务。曾经为毛泽东、周恩来、刘少奇、陈毅、江泽民以及朝鲜金日成主席、印尼苏加诺总统、柬埔寨西哈努克亲王夫人等定做过帽子。国内外各界人士慕名到盛锡福购买帽子、定做帽子的更是不计其数。

Shengxifu is a time-honored brand enterprise of Jinghua. It was founded in 1911. Its 90 year history describes the brilliant achievements of Shengxifu generation by generation. According to Premier Zhou's instruction on "to keep the characteristics of Shengxifu and organize to run a factory", we took advantage of the former store and the latter, and created the Wangfujing Shengxifu central head office integrating production, supply and marketing. Reform and opening up have promoted the development of Shengxifu. At present, Shengxifu hat is not only located in the domestic market, but also exported to the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Singapore and other countries, becoming an international famous brand. Shengxifu, a Chinese time-honored enterprise with a brilliant history and a good reputation at home and abroad, was founded in 1911. Liu Xisan, the founder, was born in Shahe Town, Yexian County, Shandong Province. He was born in Xisan. He was a middle-aged farmer. Liu Xisan read books for a few years when he was a child. Later, his hometown was affected. In order to make a living, Liu Xisan went to a foreign hotel in Qingdao to be a busboy and learned some daily English. As a result, Liu Xisan moved to a foreign firm as a salesman, responsible for purchasing straw hat braids in the countryside. In 1912, he and his friends jointly established shengjufu small hat shop in Yiyi street, Tianjin. In 1919, Sheng Xifu bought a complete set of electric machine for making straw hats from westerners with a huge sum of money, set up a straw hat factory to produce and sell by himself, and soon opened a market in Tianjin. Several years later, Shengxifu set up leather hat factory, cap factory, satin hat factory, chemical bleaching factory, felt hat factory and printing factory, and opened two distribution outlets. In the 1920s and 1930s, more than 20 stores were set up in Nanjing, Beijing and other cities. Shengxifu has sales agencies in the United States, Australia, Britain, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and Africa. From 1924 to 1934, he won 15 national government awards. Some celebrities inscribed for Sheng Xifu, among which song Zheyuan inscribed "Mingchi and zhongwai"; Qin Dechun inscribed "crown Qunlun"; Cao Kun inscribed "the light of Chinese goods"; Zou Quansun inscribed "crown Wuhua". The plaque of Sheng Xifu written by Wu Peifu has been hung up to now. In 1936, Beijing Xidan North Street Shengxifu opened; in 1937, Qianmen Street and Wangfujing Street Shengxifu opened; in 1938, beach Shengxifu opened. Four branches are located in the bustling urban area, with customers filling the door every day. In the 1940s, Liu Xisan was old and weak, and returned to his hometown to provide for the aged. The establishment of Shengxifu brand is closely related to Liu Xisan's historical opportunities; it is closely related to Liu Xisan's innovation spirit and consciousness; it is closely related to Shengxifu's front store and back factory structure. In the early years of the Republic of China, many people cut off their pigtails, took off their melon skin caps, and after taking off their long shirts, they all wanted to change into new clothes, shoes and hats suitable for the trend. He once made hats for Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, Liu Shaoqi, Chen Yi, Jiang Zemin, President Kim Il Sung of North Korea, President Sukarno of Indonesia, and the wife of Prince Sihanouk of Cambodia.
