锡矿山闪星锑业有限责任公司是一家于1897年正式开采，集锑采、选、炼、科研为一体的大型有色金属联合企业，是锑品生产商和供应商。公司锑品市场占有率占全国的30%，占全球25%，是国家锑品主要研发和出口基地，产品远销日本、美国、欧洲等50多个国家和地区。

一、历史沿革

锡矿山闪星锑业有限责任公司位于湖南省冷水江市.锡矿山锑矿发现于1541年，当时误把锑认作锡，故名锡矿山，并一直沿用了下来。1897年，锡矿山锑矿正式开采，以其锑资源之丰富、品质之优、产量之大著称于世，有“世界锑都”之称。1949年以前，先后有英、美、德、日等帝国主义国家进行掠夺性开采，使矿区变得百孔千疮。1949年10月，锡矿山解放，矿产资源收回国家所有。1950年3月，根据中央指示，成立锡矿山矿务局，统一管理锡矿山地区锑的探采。1983年，国家成立中国有色金属工业总公司，锡矿山矿务局隶属中国有色金属工业总公司管理。1998年隶属中国稀有稀土集团。2000年，中国稀有稀土集团解散，锡矿山矿务局下放到湖南省管理。2001年，锡矿山矿务局整体改制为锡矿山闪星锑业有限责任公司。2004年，湖南省政府为整合湖南有色金属工业，组建了湖南有色金属控股集团有限责任公司，锡矿山闪星锑业有限责任公司资产划入湖南有色金属控股集团，成为湖南有色金属控股集团的成员单位。2005年，根据H股上市要求，锡矿山闪星锑业有限责任公司主体做为存续公司，成为湖南有色金属股份公司的全资子公司，辅业剥离出来，成立湖南有色锡矿山资产经营公司，为湖南有色金属控股集团的子公司。2009年12月，湖南有色金属控股集团隶属于中国五矿集团公司。2012年6月，为提高公司市场竞争力，公司关停退出了化工产业。2016年，面对严峻经济形势和市场竞争，公司按照五矿集团“回归经营本质，提质增效和深化改革”的要求，积极落实“聚焦主业、分离辅业、盘活资产、创新机制、激发活力、分块突围”的改革措施，关停退出了锌产业，压减五个二级机构，精简中层管理35名，分流安置富余人员2868人，逐步建立了资产优良、运行高效的中国特色现代企业制度。

二、主要产品和经营范围

公司经营范围为锑品、含金银贵锑、含铜副产品等。其产品主要为锑锭、三氧化二锑、乙二醇锑、硫化锑、锑酸钠、无尘二氧化锑、纳米级三氧化二锑、金黄锑等，以及阻燃树脂、橡胶母粒料、EVA母粒料、PE母料、PBT母料。其他包括本企业自产产品及相关技术的出口业务，生产、科研所需原辅材料、机器、设备、仪器、仪表、零配件等商品及相关技术的进口业务；生产所需原料收购；承办中外合资经营、合作生产及开展“三来一补”业务。

三、企业技术状况

公司是中国锑工业的摇篮和锑品生产技术的发源地，拥有目前先进水平的锑品生产技术及装备。锑品生产技术全部具有自主知识产权，迄今获省部级以上科技奖70项，拥有36项国家发明专利，主持制修订了43项涉锑国家、行业标准，参与制修订了13项涉锑国家、行业标准。

公司先后研发了两代三氧化二锑生产技术，第二代技术——离液顶吹法具有产品质量好、生产效率高、自动化程度高等优点，一炉多用，能够生产超细粒氧化锑、催化剂氧化锑、超细高纯氧化锑等20余个新产品，使我国锑产品出口由低端向高端转变。公司发明的除铅技术解决了世界锑冶炼难题，为高铅锑的利用开辟了广阔的前景，是锑冶炼技术上的一次革命。2003年又发明了快速除砷除硒剂，实现了深度除砷除硒。采用富氧挥发熔炼工艺的锑鼓风炉目前仍然是世界上产能大的锑粗炼冶金炉。公司牵头承担完成的国家863计划《锑冶炼砷碱渣综合利用关键技术研究与示范》，为我国历史堆存的二次砷碱渣提供了清洁化治理的关键共性技术。
