贺州市昭军化工有限公司是一家超细改性重质碳酸钙生产、销售及科研为一体的民营企业，成立于2009年6月31日。位于广西贺州市平桂管理区新型材料工业园内，占地面积为66670m2，建筑面积为30000m2，总投资13000万元，分三期投资，年生产量30万吨。主要生产、销售400目-7000目重质改性碳酸钙超细粉、及其它非金属矿石的超细粉。改性重质碳酸钙粉生产线工程二期年产碳酸钙粉15万吨正在生产中。

2010年下半年贺州市昭军化工有限公司引进台湾久九机械有限公司超细粉设备生产线，利用贺州市丰富的大理石、方解石、重晶石和石英石矿资源生产，2011年引进台湾久九机械有限公司大型超细粉设备主要生产400目至7000目超细、高纯、高活化的优质碳酸钙粉、大理石岗石专用粉，以替代目前国内低目数、高能耗、低附加值的重质碳酸钙粉生产现状。调整产品生产结构，改进生产工艺和流程。

公司在科研方面不惜投入巨资对生产设备进行研发，结合生产设备研究生产出超高标准的PE膜粒子。公司产品质量检测中心购置了检测设备(马尔文粒度分析仪、BT-9300激光粒度分析仪等其他检测设备)，建立了严格的检测制度，检测科学。2012年通过ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证，2012年通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证。公司在经过多年的科研和实践，已形成一套针对不同的市场需求，开发生产不同的、适合各种终端产品用的碳酸钙粉品种。产品的规格品种将向专业化和多元化的方向发展。
