学院拥有工商管理和管理科学与工程两个一级学科，现有工商管理、会计学、市场学、财务与投资、旅游酒店管理、管理科学等6个系，拥有2个博士后流动站、9个博士学位点、9个硕士学位授予点、9个学术型硕士学位授予点、5个专业硕士学位授予点、8个本科专业和27个省级、校级和院级科研机构，科研成果突出，成为了国内活跃的管理学前沿重镇之一。

学院师资力量雄厚，现有专业教师109人，其中教授47人，博士生导师34人，副教授50人。学院十分重视师资队伍建设，采取 “请进来，走出去”的人才策略，吸引学术领军人物和优秀人才。学院师资中有康奈尔大学、德国洪堡大学、日本筑波大学、香港科技大学等国际学府的博士，92% 教师具有博士学位，还有境外讲学、研究、访问进修的经历。2000年以来，学院先后聘请了60多位国内外经济学家、管理学家和企业家为兼职教授或客座教授。 每年，我院还聘请近200多位企业的中高层管理人员作为职业导师。

近五年，学院接待的境外来访学者及外聘教师就达200余人次，接受各类交换学生300余人次，送出的各类交换学生达约400人次，派出进修、交流访问教师达近300人次。

Since 2000, the college has hired more than 60 domestic and foreign economists, management scientists and entrepreneurs as part-time professors or visiting professors. Every year, our institute also employs more than 200 middle and senior managers of enterprises as career mentors. In the past five years, the college has received more than 200 overseas visiting scholars and external teachers, received more than 300 exchange students, sent about 400 exchange students and sent nearly 300 teachers for further study and exchange visits.
