国内速冻企业龙头郑州三全食品(002216.SZ)2013年6月28日发布公告称已经获得龙凤食品100%股权,并已经支付龙凤食品股权持有者1.59亿元人民币。
三全食品发布公告称,已经和与(香港国福发展有限公司)和亨氏(中国)投资有限公司(两者下称亨氏各方)就收购“各龙凤实体”的股权事宜签订《框架协议》。拟向亨氏各方收购其直接或间接持有的上海国福龙凤食品有限公司、浙江龙凤食品有限公司、成都国福龙凤食品有限公司以及天津国福龙凤食品有限公司(各公司下称各龙凤实体)全部股权。
各龙凤实体的主营业务与三全主营业务相一致,此次收购不会对公司业务造成重大调整。三全称收购行为是行业间的强强联合,将实现优势互补和资源共享,有利于公司进一步丰富产品结构,多品牌运作,完善市场布局,增强市场竞争力,扩大市场份额。
