   公司坚持以科技进步为动力,大力推行标准化生产。先后从日本引进牛蒡、菠菜等十几个优良蔬菜新品种和先进的种植技术,从英国PIC公司引进了五元杂交配套系康贝尔种猪,从美国引进了爱维茵2000优良种鸡等畜禽新品种。按照国外发达国家的标准发展有机蔬菜种植,建设畜禽规模化、工厂化养殖基地。对生产、加工、贮运过程的每一个环节实施严格的标准化生产。2004年被国家标准化管理委员会确定为国家级标准化试点企业和标准化良好行为试点企业,2005年通过了国家标准化委员会标准化良好行为AAA级确认。并通过国家标准委出口标准化示范园区验收。2006年通过良好农业操作规范GAP认证。

   为保证产品质量,公司建立了严格的质量管理体系。先后通过ISO9001质量体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、HACCP认证,有机蔬菜获得了国家有机食品认证中心(OFDC)的认证和日本有机食品(JONA)的认证,调理食品取得了日本农林水产省加热食品出口注册。猪肉产品和鸡肉产品获国家质检总局的出口注册。公司检测中心通过了中国实验室国家认可委员会(CNAS)认可。公司肉类产品被国家质检总局评为中国名牌产品,被农业部评为中国名牌农产品、无公害农产品,公司图形商标被评为山东省著名商标。
