米林农场系西藏林芝地区国有农垦企业，创建于1960年，现为福建省龙岩市对口援助单位。农场位于雅鲁藏布江与尼洋河交汇处，平均海拔2860米，年均气温8.5℃,年均降雨量780ml。全场土地分布于米林、林芝两县，总面积9800亩，其中耕地面积5600亩、果园面积3640亩、牧地面积560亩。近年来，米林农场机关根据自身实际精简机构，在设有党委、管委会的基础上，现有办公室（党政办公室合并一处）、财务科、农业科、工青妇办公室、保卫科、电视台等机构；下设5个生产管区、6个党支部、2个退休点。现有职工109人（4名干部）、退休职工284人。

米林农场下辖大峡谷酿酒有限责任公司、林芝嘎玛养殖有限责任公司和西藏林芝风情大酒店三家二级企业，现今主要以种植苹果、葡萄等高原水果为主，目前已发展成为西藏的水果产业基地、苗木繁育基地和无公害禽蛋、肉鸡生产供应基地。

Famous fruit brand, focusing on the cultivation of plateau fruits such as apples and grapes, and integrating fruit industry, nursery stock breeding, production and supply of pollution-free eggs and broilers, Milin farm is a state-owned agricultural reclamation enterprise in Linzhi District of Tibet, founded in 1960, and now it is the counterpart aid unit of Longyan City, Fujian Province. The farm is located at the intersection of Yarlung Zangbo River and Niyang River, with an average altitude of 2860m, an average annual temperature of 8.5 ℃ and an average annual rainfall of 780ml. The whole field is distributed in Milin and Linzhi counties, with a total area of 9800 mu, including 5600 mu of cultivated land, 3640 mu of orchard and 560 mu of grazing land. In recent years, Milin farm has simplified its organization according to its own reality. On the basis of the establishment of the Party committee and the management committee, it now has offices (the party and government offices are merged into one office), finance department, agriculture department, young women's office, security department, television station and other institutions. It has five production management areas, six party branches and two retirement points. There are 109 employees (4 cadres) and 284 retired employees. Milin farm has three secondary enterprises, i.e. Grand Canyon Brewing Co., Ltd., Linzhi Gama breeding Co., Ltd. and Linzhi style hotel in Tibet. Today, it mainly grows plateau fruits such as apples and grapes. At present, it has developed into a fruit industry base, seedling breeding base and pollution-free production and supply base for eggs and broilers in Tibet.
