安徽天大石油管材股份有限公司创立于1993年，是由安徽东方实业有限公司(后变更为安徽天大企业(集团)公司)于1993年向铜城镇政府收购了铜城钢管厂。自此，公司进行了重组，并于2006年4月13日成立为股份有限公司。

2006年12月1日公司在香港联合交易所有限公司上市。

2008年，开始同法国瓦卢瑞克集团洽谈重组事宜。

2011年4月1日，完成中国政府以及香港监管部门审批，向瓦卢瑞克公司定向增发196,000,000股股票，占公司总股本19.5%；

2016年11月14日，天大集团与Vallourec完成交割。2016年12月，Vallourec完成H股要约收购，持有天大石油管材99.03%股份。

公司一直专注于研发、制造和销售石油油井管、油气输送管、化工、船用、锅炉、核电等专用无缝管材。公司年总生产能力120万吨，生产能力至16＂(￠406.4mm)。在专用管深加工方面，具备45万吨油井管螺纹加工、热处理及200万平方米内外防腐加工年生产能力。

公司通过了IS09001质量体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证和OHSAS 18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。石油油井管、油气输送管产品获得美国石油协会API认证，船用无缝管产品取得了CCS、DNV、LR、GL、ABS、BV、KR、NK和RINA船级社的工厂认证，锅炉管等压力容器产品获得了中国特种设备制造许可证和欧盟PED、TUV认证。

凭借良好的产品质量和品牌信誉，公司成为中石化、中石油、中海油等国内大型石油公司的合格供应商。并与道达尔(TOTAL)等多家海外国际性石油天然气公司建立了合作伙伴关系，产品远销东南亚、中东、北美、南美、欧洲、非洲、澳洲等地区，形成了覆盖全球的市场销售网络。

Anhui Tianda Petroleum Pipe Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. It was acquired by Anhui Dongfang Industry Co., Ltd. (later changed to Anhui Tianda enterprise (Group) Company) from Tongcheng government in 1993. Since then, the company has been reorganized and established as a joint stock limited company on April 13, 2006. On December 1, 2006, the company was listed on the stock exchange of Hong Kong Limited. In 2008, we began to discuss the restructuring with the French group Valerie. On April 1, 2011, the approval of the Chinese government and Hong Kong regulatory authorities was completed, and 196000000 additional shares were issued to VALLOUREC, accounting for 19.5% of the company's total share capital; on November 14, 2016, Tianda group and VALLOUREC completed the delivery. In December 2016, VALLOUREC completed the H-share tender offer and held 99.03% of Tianda Oil pipe. The company has been focusing on R & D, manufacturing and sales of oil well pipe, oil and gas transmission pipe, chemical industry, marine, boiler, nuclear power and other special seamless pipes. The total annual production capacity of the company is 1.2 million tons, with a production capacity of 16 "(￠ 406.4mm). In terms of special pipe deep processing, it has an annual production capacity of 450000 tons of oil well pipe thread processing, heat treatment and 2 million square meters of internal and external anti-corrosion processing. The company has passed IS09001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Oil well pipe and oil and gas transmission pipe products have obtained API certification of American Petroleum Association, marine seamless pipe products have obtained factory certification of CCS, DNV, LR, GL, ABS, BV, Kr, NK and Rina classification society, boiler pipe and other pressure vessel products have obtained China special equipment manufacturing license and EU ped and TUV certification.
