江苏兴达钢帘线股份有限公司位于江苏省兴化市戴南镇，前身为1988年运行的戴南热电厂，1992年跨进钢帘线行业，1998年改制成为股份有限公司，2006年在香港联交所上市（兴达国际01899.HK），2011年在山东建立生产工厂。

经过20多年的奋斗和发展，公司已经在苏中戴南建成了大规模的钢帘线生产基地。江苏兴达也逐渐成长为名列前茅的子午线轮胎用钢帘线专业制造商。
