青岛迷你岛便利店有限公司成立于2009年1月，注资500万美元，一号店（澄海一路店）于2008年6月开业，至2010年8月已开设10家店铺（其中二号店已闭店）。目前，迷你岛正在莱西建立自己的物流中心，并计划在2010年开设至少20家店铺，2015年之前开设200家店铺。
