河南冰熊专用车辆制造有限公司（原河冰熊冷藏汽车有限公司），是冷藏车、保温车、邮政车、军用特种车等专用车和军用方舱科研开发及生产基地。

2012年5月与美国皇冠芝加哥工业公司正式签署合作协议，现为合资公司。公司资产总额20000万元，公司现拥有河南和上海二个大型生产基地，年设计生产能力为冷藏保温汽车6000辆，其它专用汽车5000辆。

河南基地坐落在河南商丘，距郑州国际机场二小时的路程，交通十分便利，公司占地面积18万平方米，建筑面积6.3万平方米。拥有员工380多人，其中各类工程技术人员118人，高级工程师5人，上海基地坐落在上海市金山工业区漕廊公路3256号，首期占地6.6万平方米，建筑面积约2平方米。公司现有职工200人，其中工程技术人员45人，高级工程师2人。

公司1994年全套引进意大利冷藏车生产技术和工艺设备，生产第五代全封闭聚氨酯板块粘结结构的冷藏、保温汽车。在此基础上，公司每年投入不低于当年销售收入10%的科技经费用于新产品开发。公司先后自行研制开发了复合板式厢式运输车、邮政车、军用食品冷藏车、军用方舱等系列专用车，以满足市场需求。

公司自投产以来，产销量逐年上升，目前国内民用冷藏保温车市场占有率达35%以上。公司产品不但畅销全国各地，还多批销往泰国、中东、中亚、非洲、香港等地。
