德州市德农种子有限公司初创于1996年，公司秉承“以德利农，品行天下”为核心的发展理念，以经营玉米、棉花、小麦等农作物良种为主要业务，经过十余载的艰苦创业，现已发展成为一家大型农作物良种选育、生产、加工、销售及技术服务的农业生物技术企业。
公司有员工86人，其中各类专业技术人员26人，中级以上职称15人。为了提升育种质量和科研水平，公司先后投资2000余万元，在德州、海南、甘肃建立了高标准的试验育种基地和育种试验站，是山东省农作物品种区域试验站；同时承担市玉米、棉花、小麦试验示范的各种试验。
目前，公司拥有自主知识产权的棉花品种2个、玉米品种3个，拥有有经营权的棉花品种9个、玉米品种4个，参加国家、省区试玉米、棉花品系10余个。公司拥有自已选育的棉花省审品种德杂1号、德利农5号；玉米国审品种德利农988；省审品种德利农10号、德利农7号；公司选育的2个棉花新品系参加省区域试验，8个玉米新品系参加了山东省玉米品种区域试验，1个玉米品种参加了山东省生产试验。
随着公司经营规模的逐年扩大，销售队伍的逐步加强，公司也不断健全完善了营销网络，销售覆盖山东、河北、河南、山西、安徽、江苏、陕西、湖北等省份。

The company has its own selected cotton varieties of deza No. 1 and delinong No. 5; national corn varieties of delinong 988; national corn varieties of delinong No. 10 and delinong No. 7; two new cotton lines selected by the company participated in the provincial regional test, eight new corn lines participated in the regional test of Corn Varieties in Shandong Province, and one corn variety participated in the production test in Shandong Province.
