BONLUXE葆露丝将源于日本的功能内衣引进香港。每位缝纫技师须经专业培训，考试评定专业资格，善用不同功能的衣车，拥有精湛纯熟的缝制技术，能一个人完成整个缝制过程，使手工的松紧度保持一致，才能成为合格的缝纫技师。每件货品亦须经测查后合格，得到查验部印章批核才可出厂。
