山西安仑化工有限公司，是阳光集团华泰能源有限公司的控股子公司，位于河津市王家岭循环经济工业园区，是以煤焦油深加工，炭黑生产和精细化工生产为主的新能源工业企业。公司于2016年3月份成立，7月份开始独立运作。该公司占地1000余亩，现有员工1400余人，并设有研发中心及苏州炭黑销售公司。目前下辖炭黑厂、化工一厂、化工二厂、精细化工厂和热电厂五个主体生产厂，并设有研发中心及苏州炭黑销售公司。目前拥有年生产能力煤焦油加工108万吨、炭黑23万吨、蒽油加工10万吨、发电量30MW的生产能力。

为达到资源的充分利用，实现循环经济，安仑化工坚持阳光集团确定的“煤、焦、油、气、化、材”发展思路，不断延长产业链条。公司用中煤、煤泥、矸石和炭黑尾气等低热值燃料发电；通过对煤焦油深加工，生产炭黑油、蒽油、工业萘等七种产品；通过对蒽油和萘精细加工，生产精蒽、咔唑、二萘酚等高附加值产品；通过对蒽油、沥青和煤焦油深加工，生产炭黑。

The company uses low calorific value fuels such as middle coal, slime, gangue and carbon black tail gas for power generation; through deep processing of coal tar, it produces seven kinds of products such as carbon black oil, anthracene oil and industrial naphthalene; through fine processing of anthracene oil and naphthalene, it produces high value-added products such as refined anthracene, carbazole and binaphol; through deep processing of anthracene oil, asphalt and coal tar, it produces carbon black. The carbon black R & D center of Anlun chemical company, with a total investment of more than 30 million yuan, covers an area of 5538 square meters, and was officially put into operation on January 28, 2016. The R & D center is a strategic measure for Anlun company to gather talents, improve its ability of independent innovation, and promote the development of enterprises by relying on scientific and technological progress, bearing the historical mission of enterprise transformation and upgrading.
