南京新诃大机械有限公司其前身创建于1992年，是一家专业研发制造搅拌装置的厂家。

公司自组建以来一直专注于流体机械的科技开发工作，并在实践工作中不断发展壮大。公司现有职工总人数72人，其中包括教授五名，高级工程师六名，固定资产达4250多万元。本公司依托于河海大学的科研开发力量，也依托于自己的技术创新能力，一直啧啧啧于节能新型搅拌桨的研发工作，并对这项工作投入了大量的人力与物力。学校流体机械实验室也给予了积极的配合与支持，在搅拌叶型设计及模型放大技术上取得了重大成功。

南京新诃大机械有限公司自1992年生产搅拌设备以来已有几千余台套，搅拌装置主要应用于磷酸硫酸、复合肥、饲钙、有色冶炼、有机无机化工等各种化工领域里。其中大部分应用于磷酸萃取反应槽中，鉴于对这种工艺（搅拌目的诸如反应、悬浮、结晶）的特殊要求，本公司采用经过河海大学水利模型试验室专门研究的节能变截面可调角度搅拌桨。

磷酸萃取反应槽中经化学反应后的生成物之一硫酸钙结晶体混于磷酸之中，经过滤提取磷酸时，为了提高P2O5的得磷率，希望硫酸钙结晶体完整粗大，均匀和稳定，这样可以增加过滤能力，提高洗涤率。在此结晶过程中晶体形成与搅拌动力学关系极为密切。如搅拌过激，局部扰动强烈对晶体成型不利；过低的搅拌强度又易形成沉淀影响化学反应。何等的搅拌强度好，这就对叶型提出了较高的要求。

由我单位研发制造的这种变截面搅拌叶型在工作时，能在萃取槽内形成均匀流场并循环流动，由于桨叶各断面倾斜角不等，运动时桨叶能平顺迎合流体，在根本上就杜绝了局部漩涡及脱流的产生。这种搅拌形式对混合物料、平顺流线、生晶长晶及节省能耗均有显著效果。

为了能更进一步适应各生产厂对不同萃取槽形状，不同矿石原料，不同工艺流程及产量变化等，单位将桨叶设计制造成可调安装位置的结构形式。用户可以在使用过程中适当调节桨叶角度，以增加或减少搅拌循环量的运行需要。

Founded in 1992, Nanjing XinHeDa Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of mixing equipment. Since its establishment, the company has been focusing on the scientific and technological development of fluid machinery, and growing in practice. The company has 72 employees, including five professors, six senior engineers and fixed assets of more than 42.5 million yuan. Relying on the research and development strength of Hehai University and its own technological innovation ability, the company has been engaged in the research and development of energy-saving new stirring paddles, and has invested a lot of human and material resources in this work. In order to improve the phosphorus yield of P2O5, calcium sulfate crystal, which is one of the products after chemical reaction in phosphoric acid extraction reaction tank, is mixed in phosphoric acid. Due to the unequal inclination angle of each cross-section of the blade, the blade can meet the fluid smoothly when it moves, which fundamentally eliminates the generation of local vortex and flow separation. This kind of agitation has remarkable effect on mixing materials, smoothing streamline, growing long crystal and saving energy consumption. In order to further adapt to the different shapes of extraction tanks, different ore raw materials, different technological processes and production changes of various production plants, the unit designed and manufactured the paddles into a structural form with adjustable installation position. The user can adjust the blade angle properly in the use process to increase or reduce the operation demand of mixing circulation.
