南京新诃大机械有限公司自1992年生产搅拌设备以来已有几千余台套,搅拌装置主要应用于磷酸硫酸、复合肥、饲钙、有色冶炼、有机无机化工等各种化工领域里。其中大部分应用于磷酸萃取反应槽中,鉴于对这种工艺(搅拌目的诸如反应、悬浮、结晶)的特殊要求,本公司采用经过河海大学水利模型试验室专门研究的节能变截面可调角度搅拌桨。
磷酸萃取反应槽中经化学反应后的生成物之一硫酸钙结晶体混于磷酸之中,经过滤提取磷酸时,为了提高P2O5的得磷率,希望硫酸钙结晶体完整粗大,均匀和稳定,这样可以增加过滤能力,提高洗涤率。在此结晶过程中晶体形成与搅拌动力学关系极为密切。如搅拌过激,局部扰动强烈对晶体成型不利;过低的搅拌强度又易形成沉淀影响化学反应。何等的搅拌强度好,这就对叶型提出了较高的要求。
由我单位研发制造的这种变截面搅拌叶型在工作时,能在萃取槽内形成均匀流场并循环流动,由于桨叶各断面倾斜角不等,运动时桨叶能平顺迎合流体,在根本上就杜绝了局部漩涡及脱流的产生。这种搅拌形式对混合物料、平顺流线、生晶长晶及节省能耗均有显著效果。
为了能更进一步适应各生产厂对不同萃取槽形状,不同矿石原料,不同工艺流程及产量变化等,单位将桨叶设计制造成可调安装位置的结构形式。用户可以在使用过程中适当调节桨叶角度,以增加或减少搅拌循环量的运行需要。

In order to further adapt to the different shapes of extraction tanks, different ore raw materials, different technological processes and production changes of various production plants, the unit designed and manufactured the paddles into a structural form with adjustable installation position. The user can adjust the blade angle properly in the use process to increase or reduce the operation demand of mixing circulation.
