发展历程

2001年9月，无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司成立。

2002年9月，尚德电力第一条10兆瓦生产线正式投产，相当于国内前四年的总产量。

2005年10月，尚德电力在美国纽约证券交易所挂牌上市，标志着尚德国际化战略的加速升级。

2006年8月，尚德收购了MSK公司，该公司是日本最大的光伏制造商之一，并在光伏建筑一体化行业（BIPV）名列首位。此次收购将尚德的生产力增加至300MW。

2008年12月，尚德年生产量达到1GW，同年成立尚德光伏技术研究院。

2009年8月，尚德以自主研发的冥王星(Pluto)技术，使单晶硅和多晶硅电池转换效率分别达到了19.2%和17.2%，创造了新的世界纪录。此外，尚德与美国保险商实验室（UL）合作建立了一流的光伏组件实验室。

2013年11月，顺风国际清洁能源有限公司(股票代码：01165.HK)意欲收购无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司，为尚德提供强有力的项目和资金支持，这标志着尚德新时代的开始。

2014年2月，尚德销往全世界各地的太阳能组件突破25,000,000的记录，总共超过8GW。顺风的股东批准收购尚德，从此尚德有了可靠的资金保障，以接近零债务的姿态步入扩张时期。
