一、企业发展概况：

我厂创建于一九九三年，是由泰兴市粮食局和曲霞镇政府联合投资的股份制企业，生产规模为年产等级粉3万吨，企业为发展壮大规模，年年投入，稳步发展，一九九七年扩展为年产等级粉9万吨的规模。二零零一年企业实行“三置换一保障”改制改度工作，二零零四年企业的全体股东共同投入新建日处理350吨优质弱筋小麦加工生产线，注册登记了江苏宇宸面粉有限公司。两个企业现具有日处理900吨小麦的生产能力，二零零六年共实现产值4.3亿元，销售4.05亿元。
