创立人徐志三，女，安徽舒城人，出生于中医世家，得父亲徐大昌言传身教40年，对家传中医学与母婴护理的结合有丰富的实践经验。在父亲的支持下，于2005年成立了合肥月子餐机构“徐大姐月子汤”，专为在妇幼保健院生产的产妇以及慕名而至的产妇们通气、催奶和调理恢复身体各项机能。

在业务蒸蒸日上的同时，为顺应市场需求，于2007年扩大经营面积，添置了5套中药熏蒸设备，并于当年9月6日正式注册成立了合肥徐大姐月子护理有限公司，在原月子汤(为产妇催奶、通乳腺，止断奶、漏奶)基础上，新增月嫂、产后熏蒸、婴儿保健护理等服务，成为合肥具备母婴护理服务能力的专业机构。

2008年，徐大姐提出：妇女儿童的健康关系着国民素质的整体提高，利用祖辈的中医经验推动地方妇幼健康事业的进步，服务大众，回报社会，应该作为公司新的发展使命。由此揭开了徐大姐月子护理有限公司发展的新篇章。
