公司于1996年成立了深圳华兴五金制品厂，其后随着公司稳健发展，先后成立了深圳辉胜达五金电器有限公司，深圳华兴辉集团有限公司，深圳爱沃得科技有限公司，2007年董事长周辉权先生从深圳回家乡五华投资,并成立了辉胜达电器实业（梅州）有限公司，梅州市五华国际大酒店有限公司，梅州市胜华房地产开发有限公司，梅州市辉骏科技电子有限公司，2011年1月26日成立了广东辉胜达电器股份有限公司，管辖上述公司，总部设在梅州五华，是深圳产业转移，五华县招商引资的企业。
