西安西沃客车有限公司由西安飞机工业（集团）有限责任公司与客车生产商之一沃尔沃客车公司于1994 年共同出资组建，是中国国内生产豪华旅游客车和城市间客车的合资企业。

为了更好的适应和开拓国内市场，2011年9月，西沃公司与沃尔沃客车公司双方共同更新了技术合作协议、供货和售后服务协议及商标使用许可合同，西沃公司的日常经营活动管理交由西沃公司的中方股东---中航工业西飞公司直接管理。

西沃公司位于西安阎良区国家航空高技术产业基地内，占地面积16万平方米，建筑面积3万余平方米。公司主要生产大中型客车，底盘及公交等产品。产品已销往全国各个省市，并已开始出口俄罗斯、印度、马来西亚、香港等国家和地区。
