玖隆物流园位于美丽的扬子江畔——江苏省张家港市，该项目由国内外钢铁制造企业、加工企业、物流贸易企业及主要信息网站共同出资建设，着力建设绿色、便捷、智能、诚信、共赢的现代化钢铁物流园区。

项目计划投资约300亿元，占地面积5-6平方公里，分两期建设。玖隆物流园坚持以“集聚优势、做优服务、创造价值”为发展理念，紧紧围绕“发展钢铁大物流、建设钢铁大超市”的战略定位，立足华东、面向全国、融入国际，打造钢铁物流“信息中心、交易中心、结算中心、价格中心、加工中心”五大中心，建设辐射国内、国际市场的“仓储配送、延伸加工、电子商务、保税物流、融资担保、综合服务”六大配套平台。同时在国内外生产消费集聚区域布点，打造“一个中心、一片网络”的国际流通体系，通过5-10年的发展努力形成年营业收入超2500亿元的现代化钢铁产业交易集聚区。

总体规划

玖隆物流园总部占地面积6-7平方公里，分两期建设。

一期占地3-4平方公里，2011年启动，预计2014年全部建成投运。建设高标准仓储区、加工区、便捷配送区、智能化商务区。

二期占地2-3平方公里，2013年启动，建设大型的大宗原辅材料码头、中转分拨、加工提炼区等。

同时，在张家港玖隆物流园形成总部控管的基础上，吸纳国内国际优质合作伙伴，共同拓展玖隆物流的国内外网点建设。将在国内的浙江、安徽、福建、山东、湖南、广东、新疆、昆明、重庆等省市，国外的欧洲、北美、中东、韩国、日本、印度及东南亚等地区布点，形成“一个中心，一片网络”的国际流通体系。

发展现状

玖隆物流园2011年完成营业收入300.56亿元，2012年实现营业收入425亿元，2013年实现营业收入530亿元。

玖隆物流园实施“边建设边运营”的管理模式，玖隆物流一期启动区620亩仓储加工项目约19万平方米的高标准室内仓库已于2012年4月竣工投运，400亩延伸加工项目于2011年7月动工，2013年3月已经进行试生产；350亩商务区于2013年3月正式施工建设。2012年，园区新增入驻企业208家，注册资本24.75亿元，至2014年3月累计入驻企业1240家，注册资本134.57亿元。

发展目标

玖隆物流园计划经过1-2个五年的努力奋斗，形成入驻商户2000-2500家、电子商务平台注册会员单位超10000家、现货年交易量3500-5000万吨、年开票交易量8000-10000万吨、期货及电子交易量1.2-2亿吨、新增约9000个就业岗位、营业收入超2500-3000亿元规模较大、服务水平较高、功能配套较全、物流效率较佳的现代化钢铁物流服务体系，为广大贸易商、终端用户提供优质、快捷物流服务。
