重庆靖悦机械设备有限公司成立于2003年3月，于2012年成为集团公司下属，靖悦机械、合骏动力、德丰机械、源隆注塑、坤莱园林。公司注册资金1000万元，主营汽车零部件（不含发动机）、摩托车零部件（不含发动机）、通用机械零部件的生产等业务。现主要生产通用机械的各型号消声器。公司19项产品获得国家专利，42项产品获“重庆高新技术产品”称号。因业务发展需要于2004年底自购土地建厂，搬迁至九龙坡区白市驿镇海龙村。

公司成立10年来，规模发展迅猛。先后配备了55台电脑、110多台焊机、9台100吨以上油压机、80台冲床、6台车床、2台磨床、3台切割机、10台自动焊机等设备，具备了从原材料投入到成品消声器出厂年产1000万套的能力。集团主要分为三大板块分别是：

重庆源隆橡塑有限公司主要生产家电、汽车橡胶配件，主要客户有：格力、海尔、远翅；

重庆合骏机械制造有限公司主要生产发电机、水泵、微耕机、电焊机等通用机械，主要出口：泰国、越南、缅甸、尼日尼亚、墨西哥等国家；

现有厂房面积4万㎡，配备了各型冲床(包括连续冲床)、焊机、液压机、注塑机、激光切割、CNC弯管机、折弯机等设备及进口全自动烤漆及喷塑生产线各一条

集团公司具备从新产品开发、试制到批量生产,销售及售后服务的能力，主要生产制作部门包括研发中心、冲压车间、焊接车间、涂装车间。集团公司现有职工1000多人。
