商学院下设企业管理系、组织与人力资源系、市场营销系、管理科学与工程系、贸易经济系、会计系和财务与金融系7个学系。商学院师资力量完备，结构整齐，教学科研实力雄厚，现有专职教师138人，其中海外毕业博士40人，占教师总数的近30%，包括一批来自美国普林斯顿大学、卡内基梅隆大学、罗格斯大学等海外名校的博士。
