中环保水务投资有限公司

截至2016年底，中环水务拥有30家自来水厂、27家污水处理厂，产能规模达每日663.25万吨，其中制水能力为每日426.5万吨，污水处理能力为每日236.75万吨； 2座水库，总库容18,232万吨，管网长度总计6,030公里。2016年，中环水务实现营业收入19.42亿港元，净利润为1.82亿港元。

上海实业有限公司1981年7月在香港注册成立，是上海市政府在香港的窗口企业，目前由上海市国资委全资控股。1993年6月，公司更名为“上海实业（集团）有限公司”(以下简称“上实集团”)。1996年5月，上实集团旗下上海实业控股有限公司（0363.HK，以下简称“上实控股”）在香港上市。

Shangshi holding acquired Shangshi environment in 2010. At present, Shangshi holding holds 35.55% of the company's equity. Shangshi environment actively invests in and operates environmental protection projects, which has a business history of more than ten years in China's environmental protection industry. Currently, Shanghai real environment has about 80 water projects and 3 solid waste power generation projects in China, covering 15 provinces and municipalities in the mainland, with a daily processing capacity of over 7 million tons. With the wide applicability of technology, the company has expanded its business to water and environmental protection related industries, such as industrial wastewater treatment, desalination, solid waste power generation and new energy, consolidating its position in China's environmental investment industry. In 2016, Shanghai real environment achieved an operating revenue of 2.648 billion yuan and a net profit after tax of 455 million yuan. By the end of 2016, China Environmental Protection Water Investment Co., Ltd. had 30 waterworks and 27 sewage treatment plants, with a capacity of 6.6325 million tons per day, including 4.265 million tons of water production capacity and 2.3675 million tons of sewage treatment capacity per day; two reservoirs with a total capacity of 182.32 million tons and a total pipe network length of 6030 km. In 2016, Zhonghuan water achieved an operating revenue of HK $1.942 billion and a net profit of HK $182 million. Shanghai Industry Co., Ltd. was registered in Hong Kong in July 1981. It is a window enterprise of Shanghai municipal government in Hong Kong. At present, it is wholly owned by Shanghai SASAC. In June 1993, the company was renamed as "Shanghai industry (Group) Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Shangshi group"). In May 1996, Shanghai Industrial Holding Co., Ltd. (0363.hk, hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai real holding") under Shanghai real estate group was listed in Hong Kong.
