山拖农机装备有限公司成立于2006年10月，前身是成立于1960年的山东拖拉机厂，2009年4月由五征集团整体并购。公司注册资金15960万元，总资产5.3亿元，现有职工1800人，下设发动机子公司、8个直属车间及5个管理部门。主要产品有25-120马力拖拉机600多个品种、二至四缸柴油发动机40多种。拥有加工流水线30条，各类设备4000多台套，能完成机械加工、热处理、冲压、焊接、涂装、整机装配等整个流程。现有国内销售网点800多个，出口60多个国家和地区。
