上海利用锁具有限公司，始创于1932年，是国内综合性制锁专业厂。

利用锁厂现有固定资产4096万元，占地面积22000平方米，建筑面积35000平方米，设备总数460台，其中引进设备18台，检测设备48台，具备完整的产品开发、工艺设计、生产制造、检测控制等系统。“马牌”、“利用”牌锁具覆盖全国市场，生产的各类锁具包括建筑用锁（球形、弹子、叶片插芯、外装门锁、塑钢门窗锁、IC卡电子门锁）；交通用锁（船用、汽车、火车、地铁、飞机）；特种用锁（银箱、银库、恒温、播音、监狱）等品种近600种。其中汽车门锁从1958年开始投入生产，是“红旗牌”、“上海牌”轿车配套单位。“八五”期间，我厂投资3000万元进行15万辆桑塔纳轿车锁国产化技改项目，引进了关键制锁设备，产品开发采用UG三维软件，改善和提高了加工工艺、装配方式和检测手段。形成了轿车锁系列、微型车锁系列、大中型客车锁系列、载重车锁系列四大类，已具备年产50万套汽车锁生产能力，是上海大众汽车锁主要供应商之一。

为向用户提供优质的产品和优良的服务，1999年本厂通过了ISO9002国际标准认证；2000年9月，我厂通过了德国莱茵公司的QS9000/VDA6.1国际标准认证。
