重庆渝嘉管业有限公司，成立于2003年，前身为重庆市渝江给排水钢管设备厂，是一家集钢管制造、防腐和钢管运输、销售，以及管线安装、维修于一体的综合型企业，生产基地位于沙坪坝井口工业园区。

公司创建8年来，锐意进取，不断创新，实力逐渐发展壮大，现拥有标准厂房4830多平方米、现代化办公大楼及员工宿舍1800多平方米，占地20亩，己成为重庆地区供排水管道生产的重要企业。

公司拥有螺旋管生产线、直缝管生产线、管道喷砂除锈专用设备和管道内外防腐生产线，以及配套的检测、理化设备。目前公司主要从事Φ219—1420mm螺旋管和Φ325—2000mm直缝管各型号管道的生产，以及厚浆型环氧煤沥青管道内外防腐处理，年生产能力3万吨。产品广泛适用于市政、工业、矿山、农业、建筑业等领域，应用于城镇饮水、消防用水、城市污水、高速公路排水等大中型工程。

自动螺旋焊管生产线，为目前供水管道的先进生产设备，在重庆及西南地区尚属较早引进、使用，该生产线具有很高的生产能力和焊接工艺水平。

喷砂除锈专用设备，采用压缩空气带动磨料喷射，对工件表面进行微观切削或冲击，以实现对管道内外的除锈、除漆、除表面杂质等，使管道表面得到强化，为优化管道的防腐涂层工艺创造了条件。

The automatic spiral welded pipe production line is the advanced production equipment of water supply pipeline. It is introduced and used earlier in Chongqing and southwest China. The production line has a high production capacity and welding technology level. The special equipment for sand blasting and derusting uses compressed air to drive abrasive jet to conduct micro cutting or impact on the surface of the workpiece, so as to realize the derusting, paint removal and surface impurities removal inside and outside the pipeline, strengthen the pipeline surface, and create conditions for optimizing the anti-corrosion coating process of the pipeline.
