江苏九鼎天地风能有限公司创立于2008年1月，是江苏九鼎集团旗下的一家专业从事风电场投资开发、运营及兆瓦级风力发电机组制造、销售的新能源公司。公司总部位于世界长寿养生福地、中国花木盆景之都——江苏省如皋市，在上海设立了大型风机技术研发中心，并在新疆哈密、内蒙古通辽等地建立了大型制造基地。

公司以发展民族风电产业为己任，专注实现“风电场解决方案提供者”和“风资源高价值创造者”的目标。在新疆哈密和吐鲁番、内蒙古通辽、山西运城等富风区，拥有总容量为300万KW的风资源开发权。目前风资源观测、风电场规划已经展开，并与国电电力、大唐新能源、内蒙汇风等一批有实力和建设经验的业主建立了友好的战略合作关系。其中与国电电力合作的新疆哈密三塘湖一期、二期风电场项目分别2013年1月份、2015年12月份投入运营；公司全资建设的新疆吐鲁番市小草湖一期风电场项目已于2015年12月并网发电。

公司拥有成熟的兆瓦级风电机组设计技术与装备制造技术。几年来培育与建设了一支集空气动力学、风资源分析、机械、电子、自动化控制、有限元计算、系统集成等多学科、多专业的工程技术人才队伍，70%人员为硕士以上学历，80%人员具有深厚的专业理论功底与成熟的行业设计经验。主流产品1.5兆瓦、2.0兆瓦风力发电机组采用变桨双馈恒频技术，在机械设计、载荷计算与优化、有限元分析、控制系统开发、供应商选择、制造与工程工艺及产品质量控制等方面均实现了谨慎与创新的结合。经过几年来的实践运行显示，公司生产的风力发电机组额定风速低，发电效率高，年等效利用小时数达到了3700多小时，各项性能指标均达到了同类产品前沿水平。
