创始于1972年，不断书写企业历史

1972年    中农新肥科技股份有限公司的前身曙光磷肥厂创立。

1980年    裁缝手艺出身的金锡生先生出任厂长，工厂更名为无锡县第二磷肥厂，同期收购国营江阴磷肥厂扩产。

1983年    扩产后产销达到5万吨，并推出自主开发的“稻麦隆”三麦专用肥，肥药结合，深受用户欢迎。

1991年     公司引进技术设备进一步开发高浓度彩色复合肥。

1995年    在国家有关部门的支持下引进外资成立无锡远东化肥有限公司，进一步开发产品拓宽国内市场。

1999年    无锡远东化肥有限公司与中农集团总公司共同组建中农新肥科技股份有限公司，公司的组织管理结构走上正规化道路。

2000年 公司投入巨资，与南京农业大学和上海化工研究院共同承担了国家星火计划项目OA活化技术的成果转化和OA活化有机肥、OA活化有机无机肥的开发研究工作，并取得应用重大成果。

2001年  公司投资扩产，年产销到达30万吨。

2003年 收购中农集团持有的股份，同年公司收购陕西汉中化肥总厂，组建汉中远东化肥有限责任公司。

2008年 公司开始建设年产30万吨氨酸法复合肥无锡新工厂，建设节能环保型新工厂。

2009年 汉中远东公司投资20万吨粉状磷酸一铵项目。

2012年 企业经营战略调整，组建成立了北方分公司，南方分公司，华东分公司及西北分公司，促进渠道管理与服务专业化，整合优化市场资源。

2013年 汉中远东公司20万吨粉状磷酸一铵项目投产，20万吨氨酸法缓释复合肥生产项目启动建设。
