河南省鑫贞德有机农业股份有限公司成立于2010年，坐落于河南省汤阴县宜沟镇尚家庵村，2010年以来，公司先后流转土地共计7000余亩，探索生态、循环、有机农业及一二三产的融合发展模式。鑫贞德生态有机循环农业示范园是集生态种植、养殖、生态平衡科技普及推广三位一体，以食品安全、环境保护为使命的农业高科技生态循环示范园区，以中国科学院植物研究所蒋高明研究员为技术指导，利用生态学原理，实现“高产、优质、生态、安全”农业，经过六年多来的努力，已经达到生态、循环、有机农业生产要求。
