台州银行股份有限公司,始建于1988年6月6日,由城市信用社发展而来,总行地处民营经济发祥地之一的浙江省台州市。2002年3月,以市场化方式发起成立了较早的政府参股不控股的城市商业银行“台州市商业银行”,2010年9月更名为台州银行。目前,我行注册资本18亿元,2008年成功引进中国平安、招商银行为我行股东及战略合作伙伴。

截至目前,我行拥有员工9000余人。设有舟山、温州、杭州、宁波、金华、湖州、衢州、绍兴、嘉兴、丽水10家分行,同时主发起设立了浙江三门银座村镇银行、深圳福田银座村镇银行、北京顺义银座村镇银行、江西赣州银座村镇银行、重庆渝北银座村镇银行、重庆黔江银座村镇银行、浙江景宁银座村镇银行等7家“银座”系列的村镇银行。

独特的企业个性和信贷技术决定了我行必须自行培养员工,为此,我行设立了具有社会办学资格的1.3万平方米的“台州银行银座金融培训学院”。通过引进国际培训理念,分条线开发培训课程,建立了高密度、标准化的培训体系,并设计出科学合理的上岗资格认证机制。目前,全行机构99.47%的员工为我行自行培养。
