洛阳震动机械有限公司（前身为洛阳震动机械厂）成立于1965年，具有五十余年的生产制造历史。公司总部位于洛阳市洛龙区洛龙路89号，距洛阳龙门高铁站及二广高速龙门出口均约1.5公里，南邻举世闻名的世界历史文化遗产——龙门石窟，交通方便快捷。

2008年7月，洛阳市科学技术局批准，公司筹建了 “炭素机械设备工程技术研究中心”；2015年河南省科学技术厅批准公司成立：河南省大型成套碳素装备工程技术研究中心；全部运用三维CAD设计平台和管理工具。公司成为该中心的依托企业，负责该中心的管理与运营。依靠该中心的研发成果，公司现生产的炭素机械共有糊料配料系统、糊料混捏机、糊料输送线、非标振动台、炭块（阳极、阴极、电极）振动成型机、冷凝输送线、地面输送线、炭块库堆垛天车、焙烧炭块编组机组、焙烧炭块吸放料天车、炭块夹块天车、焙烧多功能天车、炉面输送线、焙烧炭块解组（清理）机组、焙烧炭块开槽线、阴极炭块加工设备、铝用地面组装设备、悬链输送系统、沥青烟除尘系统等21大类50余种炭素生产设备。经过该中心技术人员的努力以及国内近二百家客户的支持与建议，每种设备都有较大幅度的改进和升级，有效促进了国内炭素行业的提升，提高了国内众多炭素厂家生产装备的水平。每种设备均被详细划分为多种规格，为今后制定本行业标准打下良好的基础。

公司现有注册职工200人、工程技术人员53人（包含高级工程师2人，工程师9人，助理工程师20人）。公司总占地面积75000㎡,生产厂房47500㎡。公司下设五部一室、五个车间，有各类机床设备129台套。公司专业从事炭素机械、振动机械等非标设备的设计、制造、安装和调试。其产品广泛应用于炭素、冶金、建材、煤炭、电力、水泥、有色、化工、矿山及玻璃等行业。

Each kind of equipment is divided into a variety of specifications in detail, which lays a good foundation for formulating the industry standard in the future. The company has 200 registered employees and 53 engineering technicians (including 2 senior engineers, 9 engineers and 20 assistant engineers).
