2003年12月新开办一家地板生产企业,即上海昆昊木业有限公司,新公司注册资金人民币1000万元,又“林”牌地板创始人、上海光红木业有限公司的股东之一李熙士先生出任公司法人代表。

上海昆昊木业有限公司成立初始,就购置了整套国内先进的地板生产加工设备,建造了十六个大型自动整齐干燥窑、新购四条德国产威力刨素板生产线、两条台湾产uv漆板生产线和两条先进的PU漆板生产流水线,吸收招聘了行业界专业技术人才,专业生产实木地板。公司设施齐全,技术力量雄厚,整个质量管理体系通过IS09001质量认证和IS014001:2004环境管理体系认证。上海昆昊木业有限公司的成立与上海光红木业有限公司并肩合作,成为“林”牌实木地板的第二个专业生产加工基地。也为日后上海光红木业有限公司的动迁做好了充分的准备。

“林”牌地板从上海红光木业有限公司过渡到上海昆昊木业有限公司,从起初几个人的小厂逐渐发展成几十个、几百个工人的规模型企业。在经历了公司合并后,“林”牌地板更是如虎添翼,强强联手,无论从生产设施、产品质量、技术能力还是管理水平都得到了前所未有的提升。2007年6月,公司董事会考虑到“林”牌地板的发展规模与前景,为更专业地做好地板市场销售,服务好广大)自费者,决定将“林”牌企业的生产与销售进行分离,于是又投资500万元,新成立“林”牌地板专业销售公司,即目前的上海鹏林实业有限公司。销售公司的成立为“林”牌地板更好地拓展市场奠定了基础。
